Week 5: Mid-Week Run

Today was a fun run before church. I had to get out and back, shower and get to church in 90 minutes. I did a quick loop down to the park and back in 53 minutes, then headed in to shower. The run was fun. I'm wondering just how quick I'm going. I think I need to get on a treadmill or map out some closed courses to make sure my pace is where I want it to be. I'm feeling strong though. Hammy's are a bit tight, so some stretching is in order, but all in all I feel great.
