Week 5: Recovery Run

Today, rather than going for a quick recovery run, I played some basketball with Evan after the kids were done with Upward practice. I could tell that my legs weren't quite recovered by how unresponsive they were to sudden stops and starts. We played for about 15 minutes and I shot around on my own doing full court layups and touch drills for another 15 minutes. It was a nice break from the norm. I'm happy I tried something new. Tonight for dinner, Voila Shrimp.
