Today an ice storm rolled through. Temp dropped into the 20's. Everything froze over. On top of that, the storm lasted 2 days. No running for me. The thermals work well, but that wind and cold blow straight through even the best running gear. No to mention that frostbitten lungs don't do anything for anyone. The recovery run will have to be skipped this week. On to the strength and mid-distance run.
