Who put the cement in my shoes. Physically I felt great today, but heading out on the run, my legs were just not moving. I got to the 25 minute point on the way out and my right foot started cramping hard. I managed to walk it off for about 3 minutes, then finish up the run. Somewhere around the last 5-10 minutes or so I finally began to feel like myself again and loosened up. It wasn't a fun run, but I'm glad I finished it. Another challenge overcome.
For dinner I had a pizza. Tons of meat. Washed down with 24 ounces of each Simply Nutrilite Joint Health and Sport twist tubes. I threw in a couple more glasses of water for good measure. That night I slept like a log. Good day.
