Week 12: Strength and Mid-distance

Today was a split workout.  I got in a quick lift and ran 3 miles.  The lift was:
  • Bench: 3x6 @ 135
  • Pullups: 3x6
  • Standing rows: 3x6 @ 45
  • Curls: 3x6 @ 30
  • Standing lateral raises: 3x6 @ 12
  • Standing tricep presses: 3x6 @ 60
  • Abs: 3x25 on balance ball
My legs were dragging from yesterday, but the lift felt great.  I'm looking forward to the day off tomorrow.
